Good news, rap fans, hip-hop fans, and people who don’t like the U.S.’ penal system. T.I., everyone’s favorite southern rapper, has been released from his prison. He served seven months and one day of his sentence, and probably cut a deal with the feds.
Not that that’s a bad thing. If I were staring down the barrel of a ten-year prison sentence, I’d cut a deal with the feds as well. T.I. was arrested in 2007 for trying to purchase unregistered machine-guns from undercover officers. His paranoia and reasons for purchasing the weapons, according to what he told prosecutors, was that his best friend was killed at a party in Cincinnati. He agreed to speak at schools, to do community service, and ostensibly, to air a show on MTV where he surprises people and tries to change their lives. I caught one episode, where he took a drug-dealer and left him in a cell for several hours. I don’t know if it changed his life, but it certainly made him late for his previous drug-dealing appointments.
He’s being released to a halfway house, where he can ingratiate himself back into society slowly. Hopefully, in videos. With bitches. Bitches washing cars. Awwww, yeah.

My concern is that my son was transfered to SMCI GREENE CTY IN LEAKSVILLE, MS and I understand that is a racist little town and the prison is held out in no man land where no one can find it, and my son can't call or take visitors and when he writes he tells me that they gets up at a4:00 a.m. and have to carry rocks on there backs allday for 7 days a week, it sounds like a slow slavery to me. Why do they treat these people like that. I understand they broke the lawn but they are still human and have families that loves them. My son is 4 to 5 hours away from home and the family is worried to death, the case manager said the will have to be there for 4 weeks before they can make a phone call or get a visitor, but this is his 5 week and I haven't heard anything. I call everyday and worry them to death until I get some answers but they still won't tell me nothing, and my son has a back problem he had surgery on his back abt a year ago and i'm very concern about him carrying rocks on his back everyday and all day. Called his and he said ask the medical for some information but they wouln't release anything to me. (Someone please help to get this place straighten out because that's slavery all over again). Thanks to whom ever concern
