Nicole Richie posed for the left mug shot on August 23, 2007, after surrendering to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department for a DUI conviction and served a four day sentence for the offense, however, the reality TV actress was released after spending 82 minutes in custody. The photo on the right was taken by the same sheriff’s department in December 2006 after Richie was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
