In news that makes my heart cry, Nicholas Cage is suing his financial manager for putting him in ruin. No word yet on the manufacturer of his hair plugs, but we can assume they will quickly follow suit.
How could this happen? How could a just and loving God allow Nicholas Cage to run out of moolah? Did He never see “The Rock” or “Face-Off”? Where he wanted to take someone’s face…off? Despite making $20 million dollars a film, Nicholas Cage is apparently broke. How one gets to be broke with so much money, I will never comprehend. Which is one of the many reasons why people will never understand the plight of Michael Jackson.
In the file of his financial woes, he defaulted on a $2 million dollar loan, owes $6 million in back taxes, and is now trying to sell the castles he’s resided in for so long. Wow. Nicholas Cage sounds a lot like how I’d imagine Keanu Reeves to be off-screen. All living in a castle, sticking his middle finger up to the government, quibbling with his managers.
Cage has six films coming out in the next two years. Learn to manage your money people. I can’t imagine how incompetent you have to be to have $20 million a film, and lose it all. Unless you bet forty million a time on the horses.

Keanu Reeves doesn't have castles. He only just bought a house. Before that, he lived in hotel rooms and trailers and bunked in at his sister's apartment or that of any other willing friend. A couple of times he was spotted on the street.
