Mugshot Monday: Cow Allen

32-year-old Michelle “Cow” Allen will never live this mugshot down. In a drunken daze, Allen was arrested for chasing her children, blocking traffic, and even urinating on the porch, all while wearing the cow suit. Charged with disorderly conduct, I’m sure “Cow Allen” will be more careful with her drinks next time around.
