“heaven help me, Avatar: the Last Airbender?” what are you talking about? Avatar is one of the best cartoons to come out of America, period. I’m not saying that as a crazy fan but as a genuine movie buff who likes a good story. You should give it another chance and you’ll see it’s definately one of the best things to come out in the last few years.

Woah.. you’re way off. Avatar is an awesome show, you must have watched a filler episode to come up with that opinion. Here you’re talking about Nickelodeon controlling TMNT, and worrying that it’s going to become even more juvenile, but you may want to check out what they’re doing with Wolverine, Iron Man and the Fantastic Four. The fact that you didn’t mention any of the Marvel franchises that they run in the US shows you didn’t do your homework on the networks current listings.
