President Barack Obama was awarded with the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize today and becomes only the third sitting US president to do so. Humbled and honored by the recognition, Obama sees his award as call to action, “I will accept this award as a call to action, a call to all nations to confront the challenges of the 21st century,”
Some are debating whether Obama really deserved the award so soon into his presidency. Whether he did or not, we all knew it was coming, so the haters should just accept it. On another note, Obama is the only president in history to win a Nobel Peace Prize and a Grammy!
