George Clinton, the colorful singer known as Dr. Funkenstein, was busted in December 2003 and charged with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. The 62-year-old Parliament-Funkadelic founder spent less than an hour in the Leon County Jail before coming up with the $2650 he needed to bond out. 62?!
