Also that black guy who got beer spilled on, his dad, and that white bald guy with the brown shirt are also being recorded. So their privacy’s are also invaded. I mean if I were them, I wouldn’t want to be recorded, especially to have it posted on youtube.

I can agree with you Matt about catching a ball. However, let’s say you were just sitting down and doing nothing; and someone just decided to record you on video or take a picture of you at the game. You still don’t think it’s invasion of privacy? I’m not at all defending her actions because she really should have been kicked out for spilling beer on that guy and ripping someone’s sign just for being a vikings fan.
I hate it when people say things like “oh you’re in public so it’s not an invasion of privacy”. I mean people are in public all the the time like when you’re in school, work, the train, anywhere, but I still wouldn’t want anyone to take a picture of me or record me on video without my permission. I definitely remember times when people make a scene in public like arguing really loud, but it doesn’t make it okay to record them on video or take a picture of them.

You give up your privacy rights when you go to a public event that is specifically being recorded and viewed for millions. If a ball is thrown to her in the crowds and a camera follows it, you’d expect that.. so if you make a drunken scene, you can expect that too.. It’s asinine to suggest otherwise.. and the comment she didn’t like was people telling her to sit down after she spilled beer on the people in front of her for the 2nd time.

Dude I don’t care what she did. This is an invasion of privacy. No one should have taken a picture of her or recorded her on video without her permission.

huh, doesn’t seem that bad: typical stuff you’d see at a game. for some reason I thought it’d be crazier.
