Hey you with the corduroy pants on! Take off that messenger bag and cop a bottle of Orbitz. Let me tell you that your favorite band in 1997 is indeed reuniting for (so far) four shows in Central Park in September of next year. A whole year from now for you to CUT YOUR HAIR or get that house on a SHADY LANE. Boom boom. I’ve got a whole notebook full of indie-rock nerd jokes, btw. What did the guy from Mudhoney call his girlfriend? Bigmuff Superfuzz. There’s a reason I’m not a stand up, folks.

So yes, Ticketmaster (boo!) still has some tickets available for the last three shows, which are part of an alleged series of one-offs, or part of a bigger tour, but there’s been no official word on this and we’ve had news for a whole four days now. The tickets to the first show sold out in two minutes, so act fast. The password is ‘ZOWEE’.
