NBA Charlotte Bobcats co-owner William “Skipper” Beck died in a plane crash today after his single engine aircraft went down. Traveling from New Jersey to South Carolina, the 49-year-old Beck was the lone passenger and pilot of the small plane.
Majority owner of the Bobcats and founder of Black Entertainment Television, Robert Johnson had this to say about Beck: “Skipper loved basketball and was instrumental in bringing the Bobcats to Charlotte, and as an owner, he was without question the Bobcats greatest fan.”
It is still unclear as to what made the plane go down. Witnesses say that they saw the plane return immediately after take-off and then catch fire after landing.

You should have known it was a joke. There is no way anyone can believe the girls in NJ are better. I mean c'mon now, they're from NEW JERSEY!
