Ryan Alexander Jenkins, a final contestant on VH1′s “Megan Wants a Millionaire,” is currently wanted by police in connection to the brutal murder of twenty-eight-year-old Jasmine Fiore, his wife and a former swimsuit model. In a tragic case, Fiore’s dead body was found over the weekend (August 15) inside a suitcase in a trash bin in Buena Park, California. Jenkins had reported Fiore missing earlier that day, but has since been missing himself. Police believe he has fled to Canada where he is from.
Jenkins first met Fiore, after being kicked off “Megan Wants a Millionaire” (which is currently airing), in Las Vegas. Soon after the two had married. Fiore was then working at a Vegas strip club, but had in the past also posed for Playboy and a few other publications. Responding to the matter is Jenkin’s publicist, “Ryan is currently speaking to his attorney and will fully cooperate with the police in this matter. He is planning on meeting with them in the near future.”
Let’s hope so.
Now, as someone who has – I’ll admit it – watched this show on a few occasions, I just can’t say I’m too surprised. Not that I think he did it, per se, but the guy was a real jerk. As were almost all the guys on the show really. Then again, I’m not sure what you can expect from a Celeb-Reality spinoff of a spinoff of a spinoff geared toward a bikini-clad blonde finding a man to buy her nice things. Not classy guys, I can tell you that.
Even still, this story is a sad and tragic one. No one deserves to die like that. Let’s hope this is a quick investigation and the responsible parties are brought to justice.
