Decent list – but calling Belle “stocky” is a little off – she was 5″8′ – in a time where women were allowed to eat. While 200 lbs is certainly overweight, your opinion of her is a little off. Why does her weight have anything to do with her status as a killer? I didn’t see you mention the fact that Gacy was on the larger side, in fact, I didn’t see any other weights listed.

kat, the born to be victimized was a sarcastic remark, not meant literally , he was mocking the author……..jeanne, i think the reason it was pointed out that the women was 5′8″ and 220 was to illustrate she was big and strong enough to kill so many men. there are many others not on the list, a mexican that rode the rails in the texas area was caught a few years ago and was said to have killed a high number. how about wayne williams, 30 or more also

Everything except the part about Belle Gunne was fine, but you lost me there. “Crazy”? Hardly. Many of the other guys on this list were “crazier” than she was, she just wanted the insurance payout, which makes her intelligent, ruthless and calculating… but that’s saved for male serial killers right?

Gacy was a fat fuck but I don’t see anything about how “stocky” he was, or maybe it’s because the author hates “stocky” but loves “morbidly obese”. This is why more guys should be told they’re hideous to their face, women get it from them all the time.

It’s my hope that by intensive study of these fractured beings we will be able to find some type of corrective treatment, or at least early-detection so those with antisocial/ sociopathic tendencies can be closely observed from an early age.

Also, I’d like to know where the hell Pedro Alonzo Lopez is!!! What is WRONG with the Columbian government, man? “You killed ninety-three people, so you will spend (a MERE) thirty years in prison.” Those fools are almost guaranteeing future murders due to the unsettling likelihood of surviving such a comparitively short sentence.
