Beloved show Reno 911 was cancelled this afternoon by Comedy Central executives.
The show was so good that it seems its genius was lost on the “Carlos Mencia” crowd, and Reno 911, despite much critical acclaim over 6 seasons and a large cult fan base, never quite found its footing on the network.
The announcement was made over Thomas Lennon (Deputy Dangle)’s Twitter.
Comedy Central will probably replace it with something terrible like – I don’t know – Carlos Mencia again or another ‘roast’ thats only worth watching with the bleeps off.
Sad day for comedy, y’all. 
Totally didn’t see this coming. Another one bites the dust I guess.

My wife and i loved reno 911. Those guys were funny as hell. what a sad day. That show was the highlight of our night..The characters were great the longer you watched it the frunnier it got. Who ever made the decicion to cancell reno 911 is an asshole.fuck you
