Dana doesn't want Shane Carwin to walk in and destroy the myth of Lesnar in just a few seconds. Nobody really even knows Shane and it will make the UFC look like they were hyping a can instead of a legitimate fighter like Carwin. Its all about the ratings. Lesnar versus Fedor can sell more tickets. Yes, Fedor would win but the draw would be bigger.
