PETA Angered By Obama Fly Swatting

PETA might have overstepped their boundary today with their plead with Obama to not swat flies. PETA Spokesman Bruce Friedrich said today that “We support compassion even for the most curious, smallest and least sympathetic animals, we believe that people, where they can be compassionate, should be, for all animals.” Ok, I think that might be a little much. Yes flies are technically bugs, but do we really have to bring PETA into this?

No word yet from Obama on the matter, but I don’t think he should even address it. You can attack him on his policy in Iraq, Healthcare and the Economy , but swatting a fly shouldn’t even be mentioned. I think they were just mad that he bragged about it afterward.
