The Juan Carlos Interview w/The Rej3cts from manolithtv on Vimeo.

Juan Carlos Mazorra is someone I’ve known when I first started out in Entertainment, in New York City, where hustling (meaning working hard, not that other definition) is just a way of life.

He’s an accomplished music video director whose worked with the infamous Irv Gotti of the INC. record label and has credits including, “New York,” by Ja Rule featuring Fat Joe and Jadakiss, to videos by Ashanti. Recently, he directed  “Children of the Killing Fields,” a full-length documentary about child trafficking and prostitution in Cambodia and the United States.  We caught up with Juan Carlos at a recording studio in North Hollywood where he was working on tracks from an up and coming group called “Rej3ctz,” whose sound is fresh, new and if you’ve heard, New Boyz “You’re a Jerk,” on a hip-hop playlist recently, you’ll love them.  Oh, and here’s a recent LA Times article about them..Congrats, they just got signed to Warner Bros. Music.

Check out the video below and also we’re presenting the fresh new video from the “Rej3ctz,” called “Code Red.” It’s hot.
