The popular Hensel twins 3some photo that had the web abuzz is in fact fake. If you haven’t seen it, the two twins were made to look like they were Lewinskining some dude in a photoshopped picture.
The twins, who were born with one body, two spines and 4 lungs, are now 19 and attend Bethel University in Minnesota. The photo, as real as it looked, ended up being another random girl kneeling in the same position.

your parents should have had the docs cut off one of the heads and let one of you grow up to have a normal life. right now you are freaks of nature, and can't possibly live like regular people - sad, but true
