“Macho Man” Randy Savage was not responsible for the Slim Jim meat products plant explosion early Tuesday morning. Three workers had gone missing as of press time and 41 others were injured; four critically. No word yet on what the cause of the explosion was. Rescue workers and Families are gathered around the plant site searching and praying for their loved ones safety.
The beef jerky snack that became popular in the 90’s after famed wrestler “Macho Man” Randy Savage told everyone to “Step Into A Slim Jim,” will have to rebuild after this massive explosion. Producing more than 500 million Slim Jims a year, the North Carolina plant is company’s primary facility. According to inside sources, the plant has had a history of safety problems.
UPDATE: We regret to inform you that the three bodies missing were each found dead in and around the plant’s facility. The cause of the explosion is still yet to be determined, but we will update you with information as news becomes available.
