The photos of Nora Tobin in the FRS ads may have been PhotoShopped for a few minor spots in the original photo, but nothing major was done. The reason her abs and other muscles look especially great is all due to the lighting work done on location. Whoever did the lighting was definitely an expert. She probably did a cut a few days before the photoshoot, as fitness models do. There are plenty of women with equal or better abs too.
