President Obama went interactive after broadcasting his town hall meeting to world via Whitehouse.gov. A total of 64,000 people tuned in to the first ever White House online broadcast. President Obama is no rookie when it comes to Web 2.0. He has the most followers on Twitter (at least as a person, CNN Breaking News holds the official title) with 588,000 and made history with his 2008 Presidential Campaign online contributions.
The Obama Administration has more than just embraced new technology, they’ve really utilized it as a vehicle to get there message out. It seems as if Obama is doing the exact opposite of the Bush Administration. Instead of trying to cover up the issues and agendas, he’s allowing the whole world to see exactly what’s going on in America and how he plans to change it for the better.

Government that is transparent, who would of thought!
