And the church only donated 1.4% of the money against prop. 8. So isn't there a lot of other people, people with money who you should go after other then the LDS church. We have all been told lies about the extent of their involvement. It smacks of mob mentality and outright ignorance of the facts. By the way "as if it mattered" I'm not LDS. However I have great respect for their church, and I know plenty of them. Maybe we should check on the catholic church's contribution to prop. 8, or any of a dozen other's. It was the will of the people a true sign that democracy works. Most people don't want gay marriage that is why it failed. Seems to me like the system works fine. Really interesting to see all the white veils & cloth, the ceremony, etc. Seemed dream like.
