As everyone knows March Madness starts today. However, what’s not as clear are what options the regular NCAA fan (i.e. you) has for watching games and game coverage. There’s the TV, sure, but that’s only going to get you access to regional games. This was fine once upon a time, but it is 2009 now and if you’re a sports fan like me, you need more than simply access to regional games. You need access to ALL the games – along with play by play analysis, updated statistics, and every other sort of NCAA piece of data someone can throw your way.

Still, this is new technology and sometimes hard to find. So we here at Manolith have done the hard work for you so that you can sit back, relax, and enjoy March Madness like you’ve always wanted – with full access.

I’ll start with the big one: CBS Sports TV’s live streaming coverage. This gives you everything – Live coverage of every game (including in HD), updated stats, schedules, scoreboards, previews, and much more. Hell, it even comes with a nifty “Boss Button” which turns the game into a serious looking work-ready spreadsheet any time you hear footsteps around the corner.

Next up: The iPhone’s CBS Sports NCAA March Madness On Demand application ($4.99 from iTunes). For those of you with iPhones, this application gives you the ability to watch streaming coverage of every game as well as updated stats and scoreboards all from the comfort of your phone. The only drawback? You need a Wi-Fi connection for video coverage. Still, it’s not all bad, as streaming audio coverage is accessible without Wi-Fi giving you instant audio access wherever you are.

Third: USAToday’s NCAA coverage. Not as great as CBS’s online coverage, but still great for game previews, updates, as well as historic NCAA highlights.

Know of any other great spots for full NCAA coverage? Let me know below.

Yea, it's crazy you can even watch the games on your iPhone for 5 bucks. I saw it and it was extremely clear!
