Arrest Warrant Out For Lindsay Lohan

Everyones favorite hot actress trainwreck now has an arrest out in her name. Start the drumroll. Dun dun DUHHHHH!!!! The warrant stems from a 2007 arrest for DUI – and also a hit and run.

She was arrested last July after infamously chasing her former personal assistant through Santa Monica in her SUV and police found cocaine in her pants which she said “were not her pants”. That may or may not go in the history books as the best alibi ever. So to round it out:

• Two separate misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of cocaine.
• No contest on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08 percent.
• One count reckless driving.

Lohan spent 84 minutes inside a jail after the ‘coke pants’ ordeal.

Lieutenant Mark Rosen of the LAPD said in a statement:

“We don’t have particular information of why the warrant was issued. We’re assuming it has to do with some type of violation of the terms of her probation. I spoke with her attorney this morning, and her attorney advises that there is a miscommunication between Miss Lohan and the courts, and she hopes that it will be resolved this week in the courts. At this time we are not anticipating an arrest of Miss Lohan. If the attorney’s are unable to come to a resolution with the courts, I’m sure we will negotiate a voluntary surrender of Miss Lohan.”
