Barack Obama will be delivering his first State of the Union Address to the American people tonight at 9PM ET on all the major news networks (i.e. CNN, Fox News, MSNBC). Unlike past State of the Union Addresses, the whole world will be watching as Obama discusses the uncertain future of America.
Following its passing in congress just a week and a half ago,
the economic stimulus package will more than likely be number one on Obama’s list. The address is said to last around 45 minutes, touching on the Iraq war and recent deployment of troops to Afghanistan.
CNN along with Facebook will be airing the State of the Union Address as apart of a partnership created before the inauguration dual telecast. Facebookers will be able to post comments and thoughts on the address as it streams online through CNN.com.
