The SM010A Emergency MP4 Player comes from China. Yes it’s an “emergency” MP4 player. No, you don’t listen to the music in an emergency. Just read on, okay? The player from Chinese company SATY takes convergence to a new level. You can play MP3, MP4, and radio on this chunky device. But these are just the standard uses. And from here Chinese ingenuity kicks in. There’s a flashlight on the top side. You can charge your cellphone with the SM010A’s battery. There’s an alarm function. Getting the emergency angle? No? Okay, here’s more.
It has a pest and mosquito repellent function which most probably is a high pitched sound. Imagine going on a trek or being stuck overnight in an unfamiliar place, this function can seriously help you catch some very refreshing forty winks while stopping the bugs from getting refreshed on your blood.
There’s more. I have saved the best two for the end. A breathalyzer can be a minor boon in an emergency situation. You don’t want the Chinese cops hauling you for drunken driving. You would feel so much safer with the knowledge that the alcohol content in your body is below the limit.
