The new intro to The Simpsons has some fans up in arms. The general formula stays the same (with Lisa playing the saxaphone in class, Maggie in the shopping cart and Bart at the chalkboard) but there are numerous new inclusions.
While this sort of thing may mostly appeal to total Simpsons nerds like myself, it should be noted that this new intro is being implicated entirely to take advantage of HD televisions. Check it out after the jump:
