Update: Michael Phelps has admitted that the photo accurately depicts “bad behavior”. Here is his statement:
Phelps said: “I engaged in behavior which was regrettable and demonstrated bad judgment. I’m 23 years old and despite the successes I’ve had in the pool, I acted in a youthful and inappropriate way, not in a manner people have come to expect from me. For this, I am sorry. I promise my fans and the public it will not happen again.”

what's the problem, every one does it, right? well, here is a fact: In the last 4 months there has been more than 1.300 death because of cannabis sativa, erithroxylon cocae, etc. Relatives of my closest friends have been kidnapped, some other friends have been killed, in those little towns where the grow "mota" kill each other because of drug, doctors, engineers, lawyers, students, fathers, daughters, sons, mothers, get killed; all because "most other peoples his age" gets doped. this is a fact!
