Its Monday so you could probably call any alarm clock annoying. But check this out… it’s an alarm clock that acts as a bomb. I’m not sure what must be going through Japanese people’s heads half the time when they invent stuff like this.
When your alarm goes off you have a short amount of time to “defuse” the “bomb”. The wire changes every time you set the alarm, so you never know which one will “defuse” your “bomb”. I can imagine that 13 year old Jack Bauer wannabes everywhere are wetting themselves over this thing. To hell with that old FM radio thing! That thing was terrible. Was it also a “bomb”? No. No it wasn’t.
There’s also the above bad boy, which comes with a tiny gun that you use to “shoot” the “target”. Somewhere, somehow, there was a meeting, some guy said “how about this silly idea”, and he got pat on the back and six months later they were on the shelves. How silly is it? $62 worth of silly? Yeah that’s be about right. It’s pretty awesome, though.
