calvin-hobbesIf you’re anything like me, you had a huge soft-spot for one of the greatest comics of all time, Calvin & Hobbes. The comic strip is so engraved into Americana that if you ask any guy born in the US between 1975 and 1985 he will tell you that he loves Calvin & Hobbes. In fact, if you meet a guy who doesn’t, punch him in the face and tell him he is dead inside.

Since the individual books are somewhat out of print and the all encompassing compendium cost around $150 (quite a lot for any cartoon) it’s been hard for anyone that doesn’t still have all the original books laying around to follow up on the series. Amazingly, someone has beat us to the punch. You see, a quick google of any comic strip shows that it is still syndicated by the publisher for a limited time on the Internet. A guy only known as ‘Marcello’ has saved every single on from when they originally ran on the publisher’s web site. That man obviously deserves a steak dinner from all of us. Click through for the links.

So, dear readers, enjoy every single Calvin & Hobbes – sorted by month and year – for the low, low price of nothing.

And he also scanned (nearly) every single Garfield, too, if you wanted to check that out.
