What kind of work would give a guy maximum satisfaction? A very broad-based question, you may say. But am willing to bet that social science guys with a thing for history who have been assigned to study the history of sex as a part of a 4-year international project are probably the ones experiencing nirvana everyday at the workplace.
Dammit, even guys who hated history in school would jump at an assignment of this nature. I think projects of this nature can play a big role in bringing nations together. Scrape away the superficial differences and we find that across cultures and across civilizations our needs have basically been similar and we indeed are all the same. Give us food, drink, sex, and sports on the weekend and we are happy. The history of sex tells us that nothing new has really been added to the methods of performing the act, the prelude to it, or what happens after it. I mean, all those positions were discovered and proposed centuries ago in the Kamasutra.
The Chinese, the Egyptians, the Indians, the Japanese, even South American Indians have contributed their mite in adding to the history of sex. It all makes for fascinating reading, wonder if these study projects involve practical demos!
