After 30 years, and countless pausing-on-the-pool-scene-part-with-Phoebe-Cates-part from Fast Times At Ridgemont High, the VHS tape has finally gone the way of the 8-Track and the Betamax.
The final holdout in VHS tapes let go his last shipment of the tapes last week and has decided to just give away or throw away the rest. Read the full story over at the Los Angeles Times. Its really sad! I remember all my old Ren & Stimpy VHS tapes when I was a wee lad. I practically worshipped them. DVD’s just don’t look as good stacked up.
