Meet Alec Greven. He’s a precocious nine year old kid from Castle Rock, Colorado who’s presumably got all the worries and joys that make up a nine year old’s day. Apart from that he’s also got a book, published by Harper Collins no less, under his belt. Nine year olds writing books is a little offbeat but when you consider that this guy has written a book “How to Talk to Girls“!! and the book is already creating a buzz in the market, you want to take stock of your love life or lack of it.
Apparently this young Lothario knows what it takes to impress a girl because he was selling hand-written pamphlets on the subject for $3 at school.
Now which self-respecting guy would deign to learn pick-up tricks from a nine year old, I mean imagine the kind of monumental failure that you would have to be to do something like that. That said the guy does know a thing or two about getting the babes to like you. He knows, for example, that an average Joe is best off with an average Jane instead of running after all those pretty girls that are as expensive to maintain as oil guzzling SUVs.
It does set a guy thinking on the source of Alec’s wisdom, cannot be first-hand information, then again maybe it is! Maybe Alec’s mom is being honest when she says that he is a voracious reader. Great! passing on received wisdom and that too to your elders. Seriously!!
