Stability balls have been very popular and with good reason as they are quite powerful but at the same time very simple as well. The stability ball focuses on the core muscles of the body and when you are trying to maintain balance on your stability ball you will actually be forced to utilize these core muscles. It is essential to use these muscles for overall fitness and health.
