Microsoft Games (also known as Microsoft Game Studios) is a subsidiary of Microsoft Corp. Microsoft Games Studios make PC games, as well as games for Xbox and Xbox360 video game consoles, and Nintendo DS.

PC Games: Since 1990 Microsoft has come out with a score of PC games including;
Microsoft Entertainment Pack, Microsoft Golf, Close Combat, Deadly Tide, Fury, Age of Empires, Flight Simulator, Urban Assault, Pinball, NFL Fever, Zoo Tycoon, Age of Mythology, Links Championship Edition, Dungeon Siege 2, and Gears of War. That is only a small sampling of the great games Microsoft Games have produced.

Xbox: When Xbox hit the market, it was a hit, and Microsoft Games was willing and able to produce (and co-produce) games to please the masses. Some of the Titles for Xbox 3 include: NFL Fever 2002 and 2003, NBA Inside Drive 2002 and 2003, Whacked, Counter Strike, Brute Force, Links 2004, and Top Spin. Again, this does not begin to mention the number of games made popular by Microsoft Games,

Xbox 360: Xbox, it should be noted, is currently promoting Family Game Night, which is a tradition far too many families have lost. Kudos to Xbox 360 for promoting family game night Microsoft Games Studios came through again with titles to please every member of the family. Among the Titles are; Age of Conan, Hibernian Adventures; Americas Army True Soldiers, Battle Fantasia, Blue Dragon, Call of Duty (2,3,4 and World at War), Dead Space, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, along with hundreds of other titles. They even have games already scheduled for release in 2009.

Microsoft Games continues to grow through the years and its acquisitions remain on the rise. The competiveness of Microsoft Games is outstanding, as it continues to meet and beat its competitors. New Titles for all of their consoles are constantly being added, creating an almost cult like attraction to certain titles.

Microsoft Game Studios really does provide entertainment for the entire family. While some may be considered violent and adult, there are also the games geared toward the younger or more sensitive player. Zoo Tycoon comes to mind. Children, teens, and adults alike enjoy this fun game of zoo building. There are also other games that are geared toward the younger set. Of course, teenagers love Microsoft Games, as do adults. Microsoft makes games fun for the whole family.

With so many people into gaming, Microsoft games provide a venue versatile enough to cover any game addiction. Microsoft Game Studios provides the best bang for your entertainment buck!
