30 to 39” TVs

Many people dream of having a large TV in their home that’s a big as the wall but that’s just not practical. The price of large screen TVs is very high, as well as the space a larger TV can take up could take up the whole room. For people who want to experience the excitement of having a large TV but don’t have the space for it, a 30” to 39” TV is large yet practical for those with a small living space.

The space a person has for the TV itself isn’t the only issue when it comes to space in general. Sitting too close to a TV can cause strain and even damage to the eyes. Imagine sitting close to a huge 50” TV where a person must constantly look all around the screen to see everything that’s going on. A 30” to 39” TV is ideal for homes where people must sit closer to the TV either because of the layout of the area or simply because the room is small.

Styles that the 30” to 39” TVs come in also contribute to space. Tube TVs and rear projection TVs take up a lot of space with their width. They also are very heavy compared to TVs like flat panels. Flat panels are easy to move and set up whether it’s resting on a TV stand or getting hung up on a wall mount. Most people start off with a tube TV but with the costs of HD TVs getting lower all the time, there’s no reason not to invest in a flat panel TV that will save space and provide better quality.

Costs can also be incentive to purchase a smaller TV. Bigger screen TV’s can costs thousands of dollars whereas most TVs between 30” to 39” are under one thousand dollars and still have great quality. Even the flat panel LCD TVs can be found in the size range for only five hundred dollars. With 39” TVs size isn’t even being skimped out on since most big screen TVs start at 42”, only 3 inches larger. Types of TV also come into play here since other TVs like tube TVs also come in 30” to 39” screens although not always with high definition. The price of a tube TV is very inexpensive and can be found for as little as a couple hundred dollars.

Image quality is important no matter what size TV is being purchased, but the 30” to 39” range makes a difference as far as which TVs to get. The 30” TVs are larger than the TVs in most homes and while a tube TV can have a larger screen it won’t have better images. In most cases a tube TV will look worse as it gets larger in size since the poor image quality is easier to notice. Flat panel LCD TVs and plasma TVs are the best options at this stage for people who want good high definition quality. However, because 30” to 39” screens are smaller than big screen TVs the quality of a plasma TV doesn’t differ much from that of an LCD TV.
